Clean and comfortable. In a good location with bus stop right at front of hotel and many cafes/restaurants

Needed to pay an extra fee to use fitness facilities which wasn’t mentioned when initially booking the hotel.

1 - the interior of the room could have been more creative. Looked outdated but I think this wasn't an old construction. 2 - that's the first hotel I've seen without a lobby. Can be awkward in certain cases.

Decent price but don't expect much.

The staff was nice and the price was reasonable. The chicken place down the road was the best part of our stay.

We had several issues with our shower and toliets in both rooms. The rooms were outdated and could definitely use a refresh.

Overall the stay was fine, but considering it is a 4 star hotel I expected the room to be more modern as in the design.

The staff was nice, but I got called sir twice and I am a woman.

The door of the bathroom has slits and therefore does not give much privacy. The chain lock on the door is not save, it ripped out the wall directly when with not much impact it was tested.

Great hotel, needs more outlets.

I liked how easy it was to park. Not all hotels have nice wide parking lots like this one. Checkin was also suitably simple and quick, the rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was plenty.

I didn't like the relative lack of outlets and if I turned out the lights, one entire wall of outlets stopped working.

Would not recommend staying here. Too many problems and not quality enough.

They had nice robes

1) They couldn’t find my reservation and made me wait a while without telling me what the problem was 2) They made me come back to front desk on Day 2 to confirm the date I was checking-out. It was the same on the booking and I told them multiple times I wasn’t checking out on a different day 3) Parking was packed on certain nights due to events 4) Shower did not drain properly and it overflowed into the bathroom 5) They shut off the A/C every day at 0200 AM and you could not turn it back on until 0600 AM. 6) The laundry was expensive and they tried to get us to accept it a day late - after our check out

Nice place but the price is kinda high for a one night stay

Room was clean and tidy! Nice bathroom, although there was no shower curtain so water does splash out a little. Outdated carpet but other than that it was very nice.

The hotel delivers good value. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket one block away.

Great location, free parking, fantastic coffee shop (Pascucci). Some rooms are more elaborate than others but you get what you're willing to spend. I go cheapest so I don't expect nor want much. The higher floors have awesome views, especially at night when other buildings are lit up.

I didn't dislike anything, but the restaurant was closed because of the virus. The carpet was stained so keeping one's shoes on didn't matter.

Served my needs on a short notice business trip.

Location was a short taxi ride to my work site and offered a monorail nearby.

The room was a bit small, the floor was spotted from many spills it seemed, and I got locked out of my room for about 30 minutes due to a dead battery in the lock.
